1. Perused the P.U.D dated 12.10.2020, received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, District: Bastar (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has released from jail on 16.07.2016 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.
