2. After due consideration, same is allowed and the document submitted by Counsel for Appellant be taken on record.

3. On perusal of the document i.e. death certificate of the Appellant submitted by learned Counsel for the Appellant shows that, Appellant (Sudhir Tirki) has died in an accident on 02.05.2019.

4. Since, Appellant Sudhir Tirki has already died, therefore, this appeal is abated on his behalf.
