Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the issue involved in the instant case has already been decided by this Court in W.P.S. No. 3572/2015 and W.P.S. No. 3575/2015 and those writ petitions already stand dismissed by this Court vide order dated 6.10.2015. 2.

The said fact is not disputed by the learned State Counsel. 3.

In view of the same, in the light of the earlier writ petitions referred to herein above have already been dismissed by this Court, the present writ petition also stands dismissed in similar terms. 4.
