1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal (Annexure P/6) against the order is pending before the appellate authority, therefore, appellate authority be directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, if appeal is pending before the appellate authority, the appellate authority is directed to consider and decide the appeal after hearing the parties in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
