This revision has been preferred against the impugned order dated 22/11/2017 passed in S.T. No. 135/2017 by Learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Raipur (C.G.), whereby the learned Trial Court has framed the charges under Section 302 of IPC against applicant no. 1 and under Section 376-1 of IPC against the applicant no. 2. 3.

I have perused the statements of Mahesh Nisad and Vinita Nishad recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. and also the other material

collected by the prosecution.

After consideration, I do not find any merit in this revision. 5.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
