Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11.07.2018 Even though the case was called on more than one occasion, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. From the records, it is revealed that a notice of fixed date of hearing was also sent to the petitioner. Even then, there is no representation though it is a case more than 14 years old.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is constrained to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution though with liberty to revive in case, the petitioner is inclined to pursue the matter.
