1. The petitioner's application for grant of parole/ leave has not been decided by the Respondent No. 3 till date, for which the present writ petition has been filed.

2. On advance copy, Mr. Siddiqui, learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner's application for grant of parole has already been allowed but the bail bonds have not been furnished.

3. Be that as it may. The petitioner is at liberty to furnish bail bond of 25,000/- ₹ to the trial Magistrate, Janjgir- Champa preferably within 15 days from today.

4. With the aforesaid directions/ observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
