This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.459/2015, registered at Police Station-Masturi, Distt.Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is expedient to direct the trial Court to examine the remaining witnesses by the next date of hearing and conclude the trial expeditiously. 3.
