By filing the appeal the appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.12.1999 passed by the Special Judge, Durg in Special Case No.16/1999. 2.

On perusal of letter dated 04.12.2015 received from the Station House Officer, Pulgaon, District - Durg, wherein death certificate of appellant - Narayan Sahu is annexed, it appears that the appellant had died on 29.02.2012.

In view of the same, the appeal become abated and dismissed as having become abated.
