1. The dispute raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is in respect of the services of the petitioner being allotted to the State of Madhya Pradesh.
2. By virtue of the interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioner continued to serve in the State of Chhattisgarh and has also in between attained the age of superannuation.
3. Given the peculiar fact that the petitioner has now retired from service almost about 4-5 years ago, the ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off at this juncture holding that let the pensionary and retiral dues payable to the petitioner be settled by the State of Chhattisgarh, where he has served till the end.
