This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 26-10-2013 (Annexure P/1) passed by the District Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa by which the petitioner is ordered to remain present before the District Education Officer, Janjgir~Champa and directing the respondent to allow the petitioner to join the duty as Biock Education Officer at Akaltara.

Now the petitioner is posted as Biock Education Officer, Raigarh and issue between the parties is settied.
