1. Perused the P.U.D dated 20.10.2020, Office of Jail Superintendent, District Jail: Mahasamund (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has released from jail on 14.04.2007 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal.
