1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2010, whereby the petitioner was transferred from Sakti, district Janjgir-Champa to the office of the Zila Panchayat, Durg.

2. The petition was filed as early as on 31.08.2010. The matter has till date not even been admitted by this Court. By efflux of time, the writ petition must have become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous, reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, in case of any fresh grievance still survives. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
