1. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, would submit that the respondents be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioners for giving the benefit of the recommendation of the Pay Revision Rules, 1986 and increase the salary of the petitioners accordingly.

2. Mr. Avinash Singh, learned State counsel, would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition certain benefits have already been given to the petitioners by order dated 15-12-2015 (Annexure P-12) being aggrieved against which the petitioners moved another representation vide Annexure P-13 dated 1-1-2016.

3. Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioners within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasonable and speaking order, in accordance with law. The petitioners shall also make representation afresh in support of their claim supported by documents.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
