Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been taken over by respondent No. 5 for construction of power plant in lieu of which compensation has not been paid to the petitioner against which he has also made several representations before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Collector, Janjgir Champa is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for grant of compensation towards the agricultural land expeditiously. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
