1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in contact with him.

2. On an earlier date, bailable warrant was also issued against the applicant for her appearance, which was returned unserved.

3. As the counsel for the applicant pleaded no instruction and whereabouts of applicant is not traceable, therefore, this Court if lest with no other option but to dismiss the criminal revision for non prosecution.

4. This criminal revision is not an admitted matter, therefore, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
