The petitioner has filed this petition that even though vide order dated 09-08-2017 the petitioner's suspension has been revoked and directed to treat his period of suspension as period of duty, on the basis of which consequential benefits of full pay have not been granted to him. 2.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if petitioner comes with fresh representation, same would be considered and appropriate consequential benefits would be granted to the petitioner.

On the face of it, order dated 09-08-2017 shows that the period of suspension has been treated as period of duty with consequential benefits. Therefore, consequential benefits will include full pay during the period of suspension. Let Collector, Bemetra decide the petitioner's case in the light of observations made by this Court, which are consequential in nature in view of his own order dated 09-08-2017 within a period of 60 days. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
