Heard on admission and formulation of substantial question of law. This second appeal is admitted and shall be heard on the following substantial question of law :- "1. Whether the first appellate Court was justified in reversing the decree of the trial Court by recording a finding which is perverse to the record?

2. Whether the first Appellate Court was justified in holding that the defendantAmrika Bai was exercising rights of Nistar over the suit for fairly long time by recording a finding which is perverse to the record?"

Issue notice to the respondents alongwith copy of substantial question of law. P.F. be paid within seven days.
