1. The appellant was heard by a committee, the evidence and material in support of his claim for GPF was also produced. In absence of authenticity of such evidence and material, his claim for payment to the extent of Rs.5,59,094 /- was not found to be in order.

2. Any claim of such kind can only be ordered to be made provided it is an accepted position and the Governmental records also supports the claim.

3. Since the detailed order dated 21.08.2018 has been passed, copy of which has been also served upon the appellant in this appeal, which is annexed with the affidavit filed on behalf of the State, this writ appeal is disposed off. Let the appellant take whatever, recourse he can take under the law. No direction can be issued in the controversial circumstances.
