WPS No. 4569 of 2009
2. Admittedly, petitioner has already retired as Head Master, Middle School sometimes in 2016-17. In the return filed by the respondents it is stated that the entire arrears of the increments and revised pay scales has already been paid to the petitioner. In the rejoinder, petitioner has disputed the statement by saying that some amount still remains unpaid, however, petitioner has not given his own break up of the arrears and the period for which the arrears are unpaid.
3. Since the petitioner has now retired, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to approach the Pension Redressal Committee by moving a representation by giving entire details and calculations as to the amount which, according to him, still remains unpaid, within four weeks from today.
4. The Pension Redressal Committee shall thereafter provide personal hearing to the petitioner and decide petitioner's representation by a reasoned order within four months from the date of submission of the representation. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Judge Ayushi
