1. On 10.06.2020, when the case was called, no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants. Even today, none appears for the appellants nor any representation is made on their behalf when the case is called in second round of hearing.

2. In the above circumstance and in absence of any representation, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this appeal for nonprosecution.

3. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
