The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, the petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Grade-III wayback in the year 1979 and in due course of time, she got promotion to the post of Assistant Grade-II vide order dated 12/11/2007. Thereafter, she has not been given any promotion that she is eligible and fulfills all the requisite criteria. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, many of her juniors has since been promoted to the higher post, but the petitioner remains at the same place as Assistant Grade-II.

The limited prayer which the petitioner at this juncture makes is that considering the fact that she has got about 1 year of service left for retirement, the representation which the petitioner has made to the respondents in respect of her not being considered for promotion be decided by the respondents No. 2 & 3 at the earliest. 4.

Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to scrutinize the case of the petitioner and to decide the representation which she has made at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 6.
