The instant is a revision against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 30.10.2006 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 150 of 2005 by the Additional Sessions Judge Bemetara, Durg (C.G.).

On 27.08.2018 a bailable warrant was issued against the applicant for his appearance before this Court on 24.09.20018. But, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant.

A report along with death certificate has been submitted by Incharge of Police Station Kandarka, Police Station Berla, Durg District Durg that Anand Ram S/o. Shri Setu Ram, has died on 16.06.2018.

There is no application on behalf of any legal representative of the deceased applicant to prosecute this revision any further. 5).

In light of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having become abated.
