1. In compliance of order dated 25.04.2016 bailable warrant was issued against the Appellant. Service report of bailable warrant is received unserved with a report that the sole Appellant has died on 01.11.2011, a death certificate in this regard is also annexed with the report.

2. Considering the above that the Appellant has died, therefore, this appeal is abated on behalf of the Appellant.
