At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to press upon the relief prayed in this petition

filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. However, it is prayed that the direction may be issued to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a time frame. 2.

After considering on the submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial between the parties pending before it, in which, the petitioners are defendant and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date, this order is passed. 3.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of at motion stage itself.
