Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 18/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make representation before Collector, Mungeli for redressal of his grievances. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Mungeli for redressal of his grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, in that event Collector shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of making of

representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
