2. By the impugned order, civil suit has been dismissed by the trial Court, which is appealable under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, as such the writ petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal in accordance with law. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through Email and Fax.
