2) As per report dated 17.06.2015 received from Station House Officer, P.S. Mohan Nagar, District - Durg (C.G.) sole appellant Shashi Kumar Shukla S/o Ramsharan Shukla has been died. Death certificate is enclosed therein.

3) Consequently, as the sole appellant has died, the appeal becomes abated and dismissed as abated.
