Shri Shukla submits that he has received the communication dated 16.01.2016 from S.P.South Bastar, Dantewada that after serving the entire jail sentence the appellant was set free on 14.02.2005 and thereafter on 23.08.2005 he had expired, the death certificate is also enclosed and therefore nothing survives in this appeal.
