1. Heard.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was placed under deputation to the post of District Mission Co-ordinator at District Kabirdham, however, despite the fact that the petitioner has been relieved vide Annexure P-2, he has not been allowed to join to the place of posting. It is stated that the petitioner has made an application to the District Education Officer dated 23.12.2019, however, the same remains undecided.

3. Taking into such fact the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation to the DEO, District Kabirdham within a period of two weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the same shall be decided by a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
