1. Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that this writ petition may be disposed off by directing the respondents to consider the representation that the petitioner has made so far as the claim of regularization is concerned.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner have worked with the respondents for more than a decade and as per the circular of the State Government dated 05/03/2008 and the subsequent circulars also in this regard they are entitled for regularization.

3. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that as on date there are more than 175 post created under the respondents wherein the petitioner can be accommodated by the respondents considering their length of service.

4. Counsel for the respondent do not have any objection so far as the deciding the representation of the petitioners is concerned. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondents to consider the representation for regularization moved by the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
