1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised that order is appealable, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Appellate Authority.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to file appeal before the Appellate authority within two weeks from today and that will be considered and decided by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
