This writ petition has been brought praying for invoking power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned First Additional District Judge Sakti, District- JanjgirChampa (C.G.) to expedite the matter pending before it. 2.

After considering on the submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of. Learned First Additional District Judge, Sakti, District- Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) is directed to expedite the matter pending before it and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date, this order is passed. 3.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of at motion stage itself.
