1. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2019, application for withdrawal of the instant revision petition.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant revision as the parties have amicably settled the matter before the learned trial Court. He has also submitted the copy of order dated 09.12.2017 (Annexure AD/2).

3. Learned counsel for respondents has also confirmed the

said fact.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order dated 09.12.2017 (Annexure AD/2).

5. Upon due consideration and the submission made by the parties, I.A. No. 01/2019 is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw this revision.
