1. This is a second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.23 of 2020, registered at Police Station Gourela, District-GourelaPendra- Marwahi C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the I.P.C.

2. The first bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the victim. This second bail

MCRC No. 483 of 2021 application has been filed even before examination of the victim.

3. In view of the above, this second bail application is dismissed.
