Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 14.01.2020

1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's seniority has been given go bye and the respondent No.5, Mohd. Abrar Khan, who is junior to the petitioner as per the initial gradation list was given promotion and seniority w.e.f. 1994. It is submitted that the petitioner has made several representations for giving seniority and promotion by Annexure P-4 collectively, which may be directed to be decided.

2. Without any observation on the merit, since number of representations have been filed by the petitioner, it is directed that the same shall be decided by the respondents within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
