This petition has been filed for correction of typographical error in para 9 in the judgment dated 17-12-2019 passed by this court in CRA No. 674 of 2019.

Perused the judgment passed by this court in CRA No. 674 of 2019 passed by this court on 17-12-2019 wherein in para 9 the words "appellant is reported to be on bail and his bail bonds shall continue for further period of six months in view of Section 437-A of Cr.P.C., have wrongly been mentioned. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the judgment dated 17-122019 passed by this court in CRA No. 674 of 2019 in place of para No.9, the same be read as under:

"9.

Accordingly, the appeal is allowed.

Conviction and sentence awarded to the appellant is hereby set aside. He is acquitted of the charge under Sections 363, 366 of the IPC and 6 of the Act, 2012. The appellant is reported to be in jail. He be released forthwith, if not required in any other case".

The rest of the judgment shall remain intact. 5.

In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands disposed of. A copy of this order be kept in the original file of CRA No. 674 of 2019.
