1. Audit report submitted by the competent authority has been set aside by the Additional Commissioner, Raipur Division,

Raipur in Revenue Case No.386A/89/12-13 preferred by respondent No.9/Sunil Kumar Sahu, Secretary, Gram Panchayat Bhothaldih, against which, the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund has preferred an appeal/representation before the State Government as disclosed in the reply filed by respondent No.7.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is also at liberty to appear and join the said proceeding and in that event, the petitioner will also be heard by the State Government and his case will be considered strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
