1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated communications made, they are not receiving any instructions in the present case from the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

2. In view of the above statement, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, however, with liberty to revive in case grievance is not redressed/fully redressed.
