Shri Pawan Shrivastava, counsel for respondent no.3 Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition, in the light of the fact that a couple of respondents against whom the writ petition was filed are no longer holding the said post, with liberty to file a fresh petition in case the petitioner is still aggrieved of the subsequent developments.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
