1. The aforesaid anticipatory bail applications are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.214/2020, registered at Police Station Kanker, District Kanker for offence punishable under

MCRCA 51/2021 & MCRCA 54/2021 Section 20 (b) of the NDPS Act.

2. 324 kg of Ganja was recovered from accused Raj Kumar and Vijay Kumar on 30.7.2020. In course of investigation, the above accused informed that they had brought the Ganja from the Farm House of Ramesh Mali. Applicant Akhilesh Pathak is the owner of the truck which was used for transportation of seized Ganja.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the applications are rejected. However, if the applicants surrender and apply for regular bail, the concerned Sessions Court shall consider and decide the application expeditiously.
