1) The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 12.12.2020 in connection with Crime No.412/2020, registered at Police Station- Kurud, District Dhamtari(CG) for offence punishable under Sections 420, 34 of the IPC.

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

3) Not opposed.

4) Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
