This is second bail application for grant of bail. First application was dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to confine his submission that the application for grant of bail may be considered on the ground of delay in conclusion of trial because witnesses has not turning up and the applicant has remained in jail since 24.07.2020. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the applicant, at this stage, only on the ground that the applicant is in jail since 24.07.2020, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
