1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the complainant in Criminal Case No. 113/2016 which is pending in the Court of Second Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, Distt. Surguja, Chhattisgarh for the offences under Section 498-A/34 & 313 of IPC. Charge-sheet has been filed on 14.06.2016 but there is no substantial progress in the trial and the accused are causing hindrance in the trial.

2. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, It would be expedient to direct the said Court to expedite the trial. Ordered accordingly.

3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through Email and Fax.
