2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the act of respondents for inclusion of post of petitioners i.e. Block Resources Centre Coordinator with that of Block Resouces Person as mentioned in letter dated 22/10/2011 (Annexure P/5) issued by respondent No. 3 and letter dated 20/04/2012 (Annexure P/7) issued by respondent No. 2 is illegal because the job of Block Resources Centre Coordinator is different from Block Resource Person and for that, the petitioners have already made representation but that has not been considered and decided.
3. Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and dispose of petitioners'
representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioners are at liberty to file additional representation (if any) within two weeks from today.
4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
