2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be allowed to make representation for claiming seniority on the post of Assistant Teacher within three weeks from today.

3. Prayer is fair and reasonable.

4. Petitioner is permitted to make representation before the Competent Authority which will be considered by the Competent Authority within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
