The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture after arguing for sometime is that of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for making a suitable representation in respect of his claim for grant of seniority from a back date. 2.

Considering the limited request that the petitioner has made, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities by way of a suitable representation for ventilating his grievances and on such representation being made, the authorities concerned would be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with Rules and Regulations

-2governing the field so far as the seniority is concerned, at the earliest.
