1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 23.2.213 is unsustainable and bad in law.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh application for change of timing, which shall be considered by respondent No.1/Regional Transport Authority, Raipur strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
