An affidavit on behalf of the State has been filed wherein a communication dated 24.01.2019 as well as the complete bank statement from 02.06.2005 onwards has been annexed as Annexure- R/2. A statement has also been made in the said communication on behalf of the Bank that no deductions have been made against computation of pension after death of the employee. The family pension is being paid to the present appellant regularly without any deduction.
