1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners worked on the post of programmers on contract basis and there was serious error in the pay fixation of petitioners against which they have made representation to the Mission Director, State Project Office, Rajeev Gandhi Shiksha Mission Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan, Raipur, C.G. on 01.05.2010 (Annexure P/7) but it has not been considered and the vague reply has been submitted that their appointment have not been made by the PSC which is unsustainable and respondent No.2 be directed to pass appropriated order on representation granting appropriate pay scale for which they were entitled.
3. Learned State counsel would support the impugned order.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their submissions and also perused the record with utmost
circumspection.
5. Since the petitioners have already made representation on 01.05.2010 (Annexure P/7) for rectification in their pay scale which is pending consideration before the respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioners'
representation within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The petitioners are at liberty to make additional representation within 15 days from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
